Bernard Vooght, Owner
 | | Bernard began his career in the audio/video business in 1991 with the good guys! audio/video retail chain in Southern California and Las Vegas, Nevada. In 1994, he then worked with Definition Audio Video as a salesman/installer where he gained valuable knowledge about the industry and high-end audio/video systems. In the late 1990s, Bernard moved to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and worked with Tweeter for six years, beginning in sales and then transitioning to the installation department where he was the Chief Installer for all four Tweeter stores in Central Pennsylvania. |

In 2002, he became the Installation Supervisor for Best Buy in Towson, Maryland where he oversaw three installation crews and worked with the sales force to design and coordinate projects. With the knowledge he acquired from these experiences, he began his own audio/video business which gave him the freedom to offer clients a much broader range of products and services. |
Cheryl Casterline, Operations/Customer Service
 | Cheryl possesses a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and came to Vooght AudioVideo after spending 12 years working with the public in the human services field. Her previous line of work is a valuable asset to our company. She listens to each client, understands their needs, and goes to great lengths to get the right answers to their questions to fulfill their requests. If you are calling to place an order, Cheryl will more than likely be the person on the other end of line. |
Alex Paltzmann, IT/Installations
 | Alex got his start at Arcadia University where he acquired his degree in computer science. Upon graduation, he started his career with Lansdale Custom Audio/Video Concepts in 1996. While there, he quickly developed a following of clients that needed his expertise. After being a crew chief for 4 years, Alex took a position with Tweeter. While working for Tweeter, he met his colleague and mentor, Bernard, where they became friends. Alex became a member of the Vooght AudioVideo team in 2005, and he and Bernard have worked on several projects since then. Alex's understanding of today's computer operating systems is just one of the many assets he brings to the "Vooght AudioVideo experience." |
